Email support@steadihealth.ai. Tell us what you were doing and what happened, and include your device and app version if you have them.
Your data
You can export everything and delete your account from inside the app, under Settings. You should never have to ask us to do either — but if something goes wrong, email us and we will.
Health and safety
SteadiHealth is not a medical service and cannot help in an emergency. If you are having chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or think you may be having a medical emergency, call emergency services.
If the app suggests something that contradicts what your doctor told you, your doctor is right. Please tell us as well, so we can fix it.
