Terms of Use

Last updated 7 September 2026 · SteadiHealth is operated by James Peterson Films, LLC (United States). By using SteadiHealth you agree to these terms.

SteadiHealth is not medical care

SteadiHealth is a fitness, nutrition and recovery tool. It is not a doctor, not a physiotherapist, and not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, monitor or prevent any disease or condition. Nothing it shows you is medical advice.

Talk to a qualified professional about your health, especially before you start exercising, if you have a medical condition, or if something hurts. Never delay or ignore professional advice because of something this app showed you.

If you are having chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or think you may be having a medical emergency, stop and call emergency services.

Adjustments from conditions you enter are general, and unreviewed

If you choose to enter conditions or medications, SteadiHealth uses a fixed list of general precautions to hide movements that may not suit you and to keep suggested loads conservative.

Those precautions have not been reviewed or approved by a clinician. They are general, they are not specific to your situation, and they may be incomplete or wrong for you. They are a filter, not a prescription — and your doctor's instructions always override this app.

When SteadiHealth does not recognise something you enter, it says so. Do not assume anything it did not recognise has been taken into account.

Exercise carries risk, and you decide what to do

Physical training can cause injury. You decide what is safe for you to attempt. Stop immediately if something hurts, feels wrong, or makes you dizzy or short of breath, and get it checked rather than pushing through. By using SteadiHealth you accept that risk.

AI output is an estimate

SteadiHealth uses AI to read meal photos and descriptions. That output is best-effort and can be wrong, sometimes badly. It is an estimate, never a measurement. Check anything that matters before relying on it.

By default this runs on our own hardware. If you switch on an outside AI provider, the data you send goes to that company under their terms and their privacy policy. That is your choice, and the accuracy and handling of their answers is between you and them.

Your account and your data

Keep your password to yourself. What you enter is yours, and you are responsible for it being accurate — SteadiHealth cannot account for a condition or medication you did not tell it about. You can export everything and delete your account from inside the app.

Limitation of liability

SteadiHealth is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, James Peterson Films, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for personal injury, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that affects what you agreed to, the app will ask you to read and accept them again. An older acceptance is never treated as covering new wording.
