SteadiHealth

Training · Food · Recovery

The same app for a 44-year-old chasing muscle and an 85-year-old chasing his own front steps.

SteadiHealth asks who you are and what you're after, then builds around the answer. It is not a workout log with a streak counter bolted on.

Coming to iPhoneHow your data is handled

SteadiHealth is an iPhone app. Your account lives in the app — there is no web sign-in.

Two people. One system.

It was built for a working cinematographer who carries cameras for fourteen hours, and for his father, who is 85, walks ten thousand steps a day, doesn't cook, and intends to stay in his own house.

They need almost nothing in common. So the app asks, and then gets out of the way — one of them gets trap bar deadlifts and handheld-day recovery, the other gets balance work and food he can buy ready-made.

No streaks

Missing one day doesn't set you back, so nothing here pretends it does. The research is clear on this and streak counters get it wrong.

Two misses shrinks the habit

Not a lecture. If something isn't happening, it's too big — so it gets smaller.

Every habit has a cue

“After I pour my first coffee, I will read two pages.” Naming when is most of the work.

It counts votes, not points

No coins, no levels, no badges. The only scoreboard is which person you're becoming.

Where your data actually goes

Never sold. Ever.

Not to advertisers, not to insurers, not to anyone. There is no business model here that depends on your data leaving.

AI runs on our own hardware

Meal photos are read on a machine we own. An outside AI provider is off unless you switch it on yourself.

You can take it and go

Export everything and delete your account from inside the app. You should never have to ask us.

What it is not

SteadiHealth is not a doctor. It does not diagnose, treat or monitor anything. If you tell it about a condition, it uses general precautions to hide movements that may not suit you — those precautions have not been reviewed by a clinician, and your doctor's instructions always override the app.

Exercise carries a risk of injury. Stop if something hurts, and speak to a professional before you start.
